@EngageByITC Wrote 3 + mails regarding the same, many calls but there is no significant addressing of issue from both @EngageByITC and @ekartlogistics, why is it that hard to reach your customer service???
Tried reaching the customer support team @EngageByITC, Insta page, phone call, now here, no response any where, it was my first purchase and now I had such a disappointing experience, didn’t expect this from most respected @EngageByITC.
Is there something that I can expect ?
Ordered perfumes from @EngageByITC it’s been 2 weeks + not received any order, @ekartlogistics has’nt updated any status, tracking id is frozen. Is this what we get in the name of service with the name of luxury perfumes brand
