@visiblecare @Visible I am a current customer for the last 4yrs, love you guys and trying to upgrade from my current visible + plan to the new visible + pro...but when attempting to access site website is down. Been gett same "Server error_ for the last 3 days" Kindly assist.

@tjmoore305 I had Verizon when I was a student and had no issues. I got their month to month now, @Visible and it’s good and only $45 a month for unlimited everything

@Visible Why is your customer service non existent? I was promised free overnight shipping when ordering my phone and service from Visible but after 2 days it hasn’t even shipped and support refuses to help. So frustrating #worstcustomerservice #wheresmyphone

Be AWARE of @Visible 15-days for free. It's not true. First, they bill immediately. They provide instructions for cancelling which are invalid. visible.com/help/managing-….... Their chatbot goes into an infinite loop on "I can help you cancel" but it does nothing.
