Got some great upper body work in today with some school teammates! Feels so good to be back in the cages! 2 months post-op today!

Almost 9 weeks post-op ACL repair. My first time back in the cage, upper body only, but I can't even describe how much I've missed hitting!! Still a long road ahead, but thankful for my doctors and PTs, and I try to be grateful everyday that I'll get to play ball again soon!

Thank you Coach Bowen and Coach Donihoo and NSU staff for a great camp! I learned a lot and look forward to learning more and working at it! In scrimmaging I faced 7 batters in 2 innings and had 5 strikeouts. Along with a double between left and center! @Vision_Gold_OK
