Hey @VisionsDeals, one of your reps almost coerced me into buying your extended warranty plan that cost almost $600, and even going so far to say the warranty covers “burn-in”; when on your website under terms and conditions of the ESP, section 2(b), says that you don’t cover it

@VisionsDeals it's hard to shop canadian when you cancel peoples orders i ordered a monitor from there it cancels the next day for security reason is that billing or the address the person on the phone didn't even know and now they want me to reorder it for $500 that's a $120 difference
