🚨WEATHER ALERT🚨 The National Weather Service Wakefield, VA is warning of the potential for strong to severe thunderstorms today. While not much has changed with the forecast, timing appears to be slightly faster than expected.

A cold front is approaching the region, bringing increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms from late morning into the evening. Strong straight line winds are the primary threat, but large hail and an isolated tornado or two cannot be ruled out.
