Let me tell you something about my neighbourhood, Yousefabad. It features a synagogue & a nursing home for Iranian Armenians. My wife, whose family lives here since 3 generations (now 4), recalls how as a child she used to play with her cousins & friends, some zoroastrians. 1/3

Thread about #NHS funding & #COPD care My mum, 72, is having a *severe* COPD exacerbation for 2+ months - 2 courses of steroids, still sats of 89 (usually 95) No #GP follow up, just repeat prescription. Result: 111 call at midnight and waiting up all night: called back at 9am.
