@Visustella I don't think anyone thought that. Again, YouTube comments are a great place for people to talk about the specific plugin. Maybe get a question answered by the community itself. It is like its own channel that the community can talk in and possibly help each other or share ideas.

We'll be having new tutorials soon about customizing plugins like VisuStella Options Core and the CG Gallery. If anyone have any other requests, please let us know!

@TheLightMaker12 This was a hard decision for us too. But support questions kept going there instead of proper channels, which made it harder to help and gave the false impression we weren’t active or interested in fixing bugs.

@Visustella I think that was a bad call personally. YouTube comments are where community can talk and stuff. And if someone has questions, other people can help. Support questions shouldn't be blocked from that space. ^^
