$ASTER After this breakout failed, the range low is now the only level that matters for the chart. A breakout above resistance is supposed to lead to acceptance. Instead, price was rejected back into the prior 37-day range almost immediately. That usually means the move above the highs was used to find liquidity, not start expansion. Now think about the positioning.. Breakout buyers entered above the range. Shorts likely covered into the push. Momentum chased the move. All of that liquidity is now trapped above current price. So if the bottom of this range at $0.68 breaks, it’s not just a technical support loss. It creates pressure from underwater longs who may be forced to exit into weakness. That’s how failed breakouts can accelerate hard in the opposite direction. First the trap. Then the unwind.

BREAKING: Vitalik states that @Pumpfun has killed memecoins by turning new retail investors entering the crypto space into degenerate gamblers and with no real-world use, the industry will die fast. He also stated that @pumpfun has been a net negative to crypto since it was released in 2024 by draining the $crypto ecosystem with coins like the $Trump coin eroding trust.

$ASTER Rejected at $0.80 again. This has been the macro pivot since December. Multiple attempts at the same resistance with zero acceptance. If the macro inverse head and shoulders could break and hold above $0.80, that would have likely confirmed $0.40 as the cycle low. It didn't which puts the chart at risk of flush back down, unless the chart can reclaim the upper boundary of this consolidation range for another attempt. Right now price is sitting on the bottom of the prior consolidation range which is the last structural support until ~$0.60. The problem is all the traders who bought the breakout are now underwater above. If this consolidation support gives way, their exits will create downside pressure which'll cause a nasty cascade lower.

$BTC now testing the most critical level of this entire rally. $70-71K. The exact area we marked yesterday. Why does this level matter? Trendline support and horizontal support both sit right here, making it a two-level support zone. When two structures converge like this, the hold matters twice as much and the break matters twice as much. Lose this and you're not just losing a trendline. You're losing the structure that's been holding this entire rally together. ⌛️

$BTC Chart has a key support at ~$70-71K. If price loses this, it would lose: > Intermediate trendline > Strong horizontal support Two-level breakdowns are one of the cleanest signals of an uptrend exhausting. For momentum continuation, this will be the last line of defence for bulls.
