Bad Bunny got pretty mad after someone made a song with AI using his voice and it blew up on tiktok, now everyone is mocking him and making more covers. Makes me sick to my stomach tbh.

@8ShdezA Thanks, I realized going to one extreme to the other is not good so I'm trying to takes more breaks from now on. Gotta retrain my body

@Vivalski Please take breaks xC I work in office with 9 hours seating so I know that your back is gonna kill you at the end of the day. Try to take small breaks every hour and walk a little around. Remember that your health always comes first

Went from working standing up for 8+ hours to sitting at my desk for even more time. It's only been 10 days but my back hurts a lot, I need to chill tf out

@Stoopid_Noah Got a kneeling chair to help with posture and it helps. I get too focused sometimes when I draw so I'll try to take more breaks :)

@Vivalski Maybe investing in a standing desk could help in the long-run? Or if you don't want to spend the money, try drawing standing up (like drawing device on the kitchen counter, maybe?) Or -and hear me out, this is wild- take breaks & maybe go on little walks, you deserve it! <3 /gen
