I have food aversion towards a lot of food hence why there are certain types of food I can and cannot eat. It’s making me look like a picky eater but I’m not 🫵

The ones with question marks are “I would only eat if…” For example I would only eat sushi if it’s egg or inari or eel I would only eat fish if it’s not raw I only eat hamburger with no sauce, no cheese, and not beef I only eat cilantro if it’s inside the food not as a topping
