📋We reported a successful minimally invasive approach for a complex case of failed percutaneous ASD closure associated with TR. ❗️CT showed dislodgement of the occluder and embolization to the superior mesenteric artery causing its total occlusion. 🔗shorturl.at/DIXZ9

I really appreciated the presence of all speakers and especially @ToDoenst and @RobinsonPoffo for the incredible talks at the Annual Symposium of the Edson Saad Heart Institute at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro Brazil!

I would like to thank @ToDoenst and his amazing team for the superb period I have spent at Jena University Hospital. In the last weeks, I could see many procedures, including minimally invasive and off-pump procedures with outstanding results. I hope to come back soon!
