Hey @VAStateCorpComm ! I'm pretty sure @AnthemBCBS is purposely losing my doctor's prior authorization and appeals in order to deny coverage of my medication. I've got communications to prove it. How should I go about reporting them to you?

Hey @AnthemBCBS, how come every time I ask one of your customer service reps about your appeals process I get told a different address or fax number to send my appeal to? Seems fishy. Almost like you're trying to unlawfully deny me my right to appeal.

@AnthemBCBS Still haven't heard back. Is help@anthem.com an actual email to an actual person, or is it like the five separate mysterious P.O. boxes your representatives have told me to send "relevant documents" for appeals to?
