@HoustonChron @octaviaj_news @nusaiblah This is another example why Texas needs a New Voices law that will clarify the roles of students, teachers and administrators in the student publication process. 18 other states have passed these laws to clarify the vagueness of the 1988 Hazelwood decision. Texas should be next.
