Can someone logically explain why ram rider is after the cutoff? It was added in 2018...

@IntrainedCR @sk__555 Its gonna be too weak if you touch the hp, i just think it needs a first hitspeed nerf

@sk__555 In situations where you play by sacrificing damage to get a good counterpush, it gets like 1 less hit, and also melee cards are much better vs the evo, but honestly it needs like a solid 3-4% hp nerf still.

Did the nerf really change anything? What do you guys think?
