Grand Hotel Fasano is a 5 star hotel on Lake Garda (the largest lake in Italy located on the edge of the Dolomites halfway between Venice & Milan). A great holiday escape (with an amazing spa & wellness center) right on the landscape of upper Italy. Bellisima!

Our scrumptiously simple (and green) dishes were a nice pace from the traditional, heavy Italian foods. Vegetarians can rejoice since it's now mushroom & truffle season. After a day of adventures, we set back on the "riviera" which took us to the Grand Hotel Fasano.

Here's just a "taste" of the delicious cuisine we experienced while visiting italy. We dined at Tancredi Restaurant, which is situated on Lake Garda with stunning views from the terrace. 🍽
