Do y’all eat breakfast? If so what’s the go to? Breakfast is the one meal of the day I struggle with because I’m simply not hungry in the mornings. I don’t really get hungry until 2-3 hours after I wake up. I feel like I’ve tried everything and it might be a discipline issue
