The Clark County Board of County Commissioners recognized Irish American Heritage Month, honoring the history, traditions and contributions of Irish Americans in our community. ☘️ @Commishbecker presented a proclamation, and Killian’s Angels performed in celebration.

The Southern Nevada Health District voted unanimously to withdraw the proposed septic regulations. I was never going to support this — but I want to be clear: you made this happen. 1,500+ constituents showed up. An hour of public comment. Hundreds of emails. You refused to be quiet, and the board had no choice but to listen. That’s democracy working exactly like it’s supposed to. I told everyone: “I am very sorry this went as far as it did. But I’m glad I was there to vote the way you wanted me to.” This is what representing people is about. Never stop making your voices heard.

Great touring the Green Our Planet garden at Molasky Middle School today. 🌱 Through hands-on school gardens, students are learning about nutrition, sustainability, and where their food comes from. Programs like this are making a real difference for our kids and our community.🌿

As a former high school athlete, I always find it comical when high school athletes think that the level of competition and talent is the same at the collegiate level. It's not. Collegiate sports are far superior. So, maybe sit this one out, State Senator. Oh, and as an aside, would she have been comfortable taking a shower and changing in front of a biological male? 🤨
