Sliding into the Senate Dem majority (again) like...

We do not ask this b/c we want to throw in the towel. We're asking this to support a unified and motivated coalition that can work w/ Gov. Hochul to find, nominate, & elect a Chair who will invest energy & resources to win across NY b/c #DemsDeliver and so should our chair.

I am thrilled that #NYS has elected @GovKathyHochul for a full term as the first woman to serve in that position. But these wins must happen down the line as well, incl. in counties like my #SaratogaCounty which the party has ignored.

I was one of hundreds of #NYS Democratic electeds, party leaders, & active voters to sign this letter asking Gov. Hochul to replace Chair Jacobs. While the #Dems around the country outperformed, in NY we crashed. nytimes.com/2022/11/14/nyr…

The first case is SFA v. North Carolina. This is the case against a public university, which Ketanji Brown Jackson is allowed to participate in. Already, you're going to hear a lot of white FedSoc people who are against Brown v. Board of Ed suddenly support it.
