Good evening, everyone. Does anyone know this account? If you do, please comment your experience with them. We bought chamsim from this seller. Upon checking, a large quantity was missing. Thankfully, we monitor every drop and don’t process all sellers at once. We made a reservation on April 19 for drop-off on April 22. Since a significant amount was missing, we refused to wait several more days for them to collect and drop the votes. We immediately requested a refund. The seller then gave many reasons and requests. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed on a refund date. We followed up consistently and even negotiated a partial amount to make it easier for them to return. After multiple follow-ups, they only returned 30% of the total amount. It’s been almost 8 days, and there’s still no full refund. We already warned them that we would post this if they didn’t return the money. We also found out from other sellers that we’re not the only ones — they also said they were scammed by this “Big X Seller” account. Please be aware.🙏 We will also post their GCash account number. Since this is our first time experiencing this, we will be more careful moving forward. Money is important, especially since it comes from our members’ own pockets and hard work.
