I HATE TO SAY THIS, but it should come as no surprise the IRGC is using the same playbook as Hamas and Hezbollah-fire missiles and hide, and use civilian sites and people as human shields. No amount of bombing is going to defeat them. The only way to defeat them is to send in ground troops to root them out and hold territory. That is why Israel went into Gaza and Lebanon. And that is why we are where we are, and where we will be, until we either send in ground troops, or declare victory and leave things as they are. There are variations on this theme, like building a multi-national force to assist the US and Israel, or building an insurgent army from Iranian citizens. But ultimately, it’s got to be done with ground forces. Otherwise, Iran is about to become one of the most powerful nations in the world, starving half the world - primarily the West - of its much needed oil. The only worse scenario is Iran also having nuclear weapons.

The next 24 hours will be pivotal in the Iran War — Iran is either about to get demolished or the entire region is about to erupt in hellfire for everyone. In other words, all hell is about to break loose.

I do not like the things Trump is saying. He seems to think ending the war is what the American people want. He thinks it’ll help him politically. He thinks it’ll help the economy. He’s wrong on all three. Ending it now will show weakness and basically grant victory to the IRGC.

@HilzFuld We have started a journey that should have begun decades ago, one that must end with the elimination of the Islamic regime. Otherwise, this will all have been a waste, and the thing that didn’t kill them, but made them stronger.

I think it’s significant that we have imported a completely foreign culture into our country and I think it’s appropriate to comment on it. That includes negatively if we choose. You’d like us to shut up because you know it brings a bunch of problems and you don’t want us to draw attention to them.

If Russia/China is sneaking weapons and radar systems to Iran as “humanitarian aid” then the US should absolutely NOT allow Russian oil tankers to go to Cuba.

Imagine if Russia, China, and Iran—the Axis of Evil—got together and executed a combined attack against NATO and the US. What might it look like? Consider this… Russia is bogged down in Ukraine. But Europe has been pumping weapons into Ukraine at an exhausting pace and shows an acute aversion to direct military action. Though Iran has been ceaselessly bombed and beaten down, it has shown tenacity to continue drone and missile attacks—possibly for months—while devouring US weapons stocks. Iran and Russia are flush with oil, and Iran controls much of the oil destined for non-Western nations through the Strait of Hormuz. They can selectively choke off any country that dares to refuse to pay “protection” to them. If you stop and think about it, maybe the Axis of Evil is attacking together. It will take some time to deplete the West’s munitions. But what Ukraine does not consume, Iran is piling on to assist. Will China wait until 2027, its self-imposed drop-dead date for the capability to move on Taiwan? Or act now, while Europe’s munitions are thin, it is desperate for oil, and the US is bogged down playing whack-a-mole with Iran? The biggest loser of the current conflicts occupying the West may well be Taiwan.
