25 years ago after engineering school I was involved in a residential construction project where speed was the focus. I did not know the scale or how widespread it would get. None of us did We were young.
I have been out of it for over 10 years now with the deepest regrets of contributing to this process at a high level.
I don't care if anyone sees this or even gets one like I just wanted to say I'm sorry.

@MoosaTayler @abisftbl that's a high kick and can lead to some very deadly accidents that why you usually receive a yellow card for it, if ends up being physical and hits another player could be a red card.
English

@abisftbl No, I’m pretty sure you’re allowed to use your feet. I double checked

FIFA needs to investigate this league now 😭

@0x_abu Airdrop isn't the issue, the issue is the ones who receive it, instead it going to actual user base, these companies pay out thousands to farmers who have millions and give 0 fcks about the product, but out farm anyone on airdrop leaderboard because of funding they have already
English

@0x_abu "You reward thousands of users" let me correct it for you... 100 top farmers get thousands, while rest of community gets sht, then those 100 farmers dump on thousands of other airdrop holders who recieved few pennies to a dollar, while being a supporter of the product for years.
English

Unpopular opinion:
Maybe we should stop blaming projects for not doing airdrops.
Teams that didn’t airdrop never faced the level of FUD that (Jupiter) $JUP and (Magic Eden) $ME faced after rewarding users.
You reward thousands of users.
many instantly dump the token
then blame the team for “not supporting the price.”
It’s a brutal cycle.
Airdrops today are one of the hardest things a project can do.
For a project to do a valuable airdrop today, it requires:
• A real community
• Long-term believers
• A team willing to endure massive criticism
Otherwise, the easiest option is simple:
Just don’t airdrop.
Maybe the only thing these projects should be blamed for is teasing an airdrop in the first place.

@Rainmaker1973 as crazy as it sounds i had same idea for shoes with those underneath and for cars with those as tires that would operate based on magnetic pull force, crazy watching someone actually put it to work

@realMaalouf Why Iran hit those countries? Do they have back support? Do they? Do they have back plan? If someone goes on war and nothing to loose, they will open everything possible to retaliate and where this lead us?

@CherokeeOwl do you guys even watch the video or just go straight to make a comment based on what you read?

He runs his card… and notices the total is higher than expected.
The waiter calmly explains: “We automatically add a 25% gratuity to all dinner checks.” Yes it’s his son but..does he do this to all customers?
No large party. No warning beforehand. Just built-in tip.
Now the debate starts.
Some say — restaurants are struggling, servers deserve guaranteed pay, and this avoids stiffing.
Others say — a tip is supposed to be optional. Once it’s mandatory, isn’t it just a fee? And shouldn’t customers clearly agree to it before ordering, not after the bill arrives?
So what do you think:
Should customers always have the chance to choose the tip amount… or is automatic gratuity fair in today’s restaurant world?

@steipete @studypatience1 @openclaw Dumbest excuse for taking money I had heard in ages. "Yeah everyone was hostile an bullied me into taking the money, then I sht on them as revenge" Your mentally challenged my guy, seek help
English

@studypatience1 @openclaw Because the crypto community was extremely hostile towards me, sent me slurs, threads and damanged the project with their actions.

Folks, I'm looking for @openclaw maintainers. If you love open source, have experience with running larger projects, are security minded and want to help, drop me an email. #maintainers-1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">github.com/openclaw/openc…

@Teleinyer @gotrice2024 Cop deserves a metal.
Kid might have a future, after all.
English

Cops were called to an intersection where a group of around 20 teens on bikes and e-bikes were blocking the roads, doing stunts and disrupting traffic. When the officers arrive, one of them clips one of the suspects and tackles him to the ground to arrest him. While I agree that the kids needed to be accountable, I’m not sure if this was appropriate given their ages, was this appropriate to apprehend them like this?

@NoticerNews if it wasnt a "fact" then it wouldn't have offended anyone, the reason hes getting punished its because its facts, and opposing site got butthurt accepting the truth

@duball97 @finnbags instead it started looking like devs who committed got burned as there was no correct mechanism in place so many devs got raided by multi rig bots spamming comments every post to buy addy while they spread the token into 300-1000 wallets. devs should of relaunched but many didnt
English

@duball97 @finnbags have certain % of creator fees automatically set up to go towards liq. pool every 7 days that auto locks for 1 year, which would help stabilize the price even during dumps. if token is verified 2% should go to bags which pays for bags marketing/strategy team to assist the devs.
English

“claim the fees” is no different than VCs cold DMing founders to get on their cap table, the only difference is that we just made everyone a VC.
We’re going to continue to democratize access to both capital and opportunity at scale.
You’re not wrong, just early.
Get ready for what’s coming next.
