Extremely frustrated with @Voya. Haven't had online access to my account in close to a year now, and despite my HR Department's best efforts, appear to be nowhere closer to getting it resolved. I'm sure my @EdwardJones advisor would love to transfer that money over.

@Voya You manage my company’s 401k and took my $250k out of INIIX - VanEck Intl Inv Gold Fund at $13.52 on Jan 17, 2023 and provided no reason for it nor another option for those who believed gold was going higher. Not happy with INIIX at $48 now. Can you provide the reasoning?

@Voya I called customer service 4 times (30 mins on the phone each time) in the last 3 weeks to resolve an issue with my account. Each time, I am given a service ticket number stating that some will contact me in 48 hours. No one called me and I have to go through the process all over again. Pathetic customer service.

@Voya Why is it impossible to verify that an account change has occurred? Your customer service team wasn’t able to do so when the change was faxed 11/4/25? The customer service Rep today was useless. He also refused to let me speak to a Supervisor?! What?!

@Voya how many “mandatory”, middle of a business day downtimes do you guys have? It’s pretty unforgivable and embarrassing. Maybe it’s time I approach my benefits team and request we move our accounts elsewhere if you can’t get your act together.

@Voya Is Voya like another United Health Care #UHC when it comes to medical denials? It seems they are, trying to cut payments with technicalities. #Voya As they have an interesting clause to not pay. First, the company denies receiving documents until the BBC got involved.

@Voya is a scummy 401k and IRA management company. I cannot advise any grown man to invest their money in this shady company. Holding on to my money & making me jump through hoops, since February. I just want the money I've given them. They act like I'm begging.
