Whatever you do, don’t get an insurance policy with @Voya . They reviewed my claim within 12 hours and came back asking for documents that were already provided. It has now been 6 days. Customer service is outside of the USA and management tends to yell at customers on the phone

@Voya Will you let me login to my account please??? I’ve tried multiple devices and it keeps just telling me to restart my browser. I’ve deleted all caches and browsing history. This happens almost everytime I try to check my accounts.
@Voya accident insurance is terrible. Meeting with HR ASAP. I had a car wreck and because I have hardware in my foot they will not cover my ER visit or my Xray. Yet they covered the initial injury 7 years ago. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS BENEFIT

Extremely frustrated with @Voya. Haven't had online access to my account in close to a year now, and despite my HR Department's best efforts, appear to be nowhere closer to getting it resolved. I'm sure my @EdwardJones advisor would love to transfer that money over.

@Voya You manage my company’s 401k and took my $250k out of INIIX - VanEck Intl Inv Gold Fund at $13.52 on Jan 17, 2023 and provided no reason for it nor another option for those who believed gold was going higher. Not happy with INIIX at $48 now. Can you provide the reasoning?

@Voya I called customer service 4 times (30 mins on the phone each time) in the last 3 weeks to resolve an issue with my account. Each time, I am given a service ticket number stating that some will contact me in 48 hours. No one called me and I have to go through the process all over again. Pathetic customer service.
