@n1ghtshade_brew “You will. It’s stupid easy,” she grins. “Start with one for you, a scarf or hat, figure out turning the edges so they don’t run. It took me all of three minutes to learn and I felt like an idiot when I realized how simple it is.”

@Vpepperpott "Fair, make more hats," she teased, laughing softly as she looked down at the yarn colors. "These are nice. I hope I'm able to make it work."

@n1ghtshade_brew Pepper shrugs. “If you hate it, bring the yarn to me. I’ll make use of it.”

@Vpepperpott "True, but I don't wanna invest too much in this if I end up hating it," she said with a small shrug. "I'd feel awful."

@n1ghtshade_brew “We can always come back for others. Excuse to get out of the house and harass the town.”

@Vpepperpott "Oh heck yeah, that's great!" She looked over in Pepper's hands and smiled at the color. "Oh that's perfect. I think I'm good. I don't wanna get too over zealous."

@n1ghtshade_brew “Ooh yes..” she scans the yarns, digging around until she finds some of the same material. “Got it!”

@Vpepperpott "Uhhh, oh maybe a nice royal blue?" She looked over to Pepper with a shrug. "That also goes good with a gray."

@n1ghtshade_brew “I get it,” she smiles, looking over a few other colors, picking a few for herself. She understands the need for dark clothing, especially in Mel’s past. “See any others you like?”

@Vpepperpott "Light gray could work," she hummed softly, "I just always had bad experiences with lighter clothing. Never stays clean," she explained.

@n1ghtshade_brew “Mm what about a light gray?” She starts looking for another shade wanting to help her put together something she can be excited about, or at the very least, curious to finish.

@Vpepperpott "Ooh, scarf sounds nice. I'm more of a scarf person than a hat one anyway," she replied, looking over at the complimentary color. Her eyes look over the two as they're placed side by side. "Cream is nice, I'm just afraid since it's so light, it would stain easier."

“Would definitely work. You know those ducks with the funky lil knot of feathers on their heads? It would look like that as a hat,” she grins. “Could make a nice scarf too.” She watches Mel consider the material and looks for a color to complement it, finding a soft cream and holds it close to the purple in Mel’s hands. “This would be beautiful together.”

@Vpepperpott "Yeah, that kind sucks," she admitted as she grabs the ball of yarn from her, looking it over. "Looks pretty nice, actually. Maybe this could work?" She flipped it around in her hand and hummed softly. "Yeah, sure."

Pepper grimaces at the thought. “The kind that leaves little bits all over your clothes and won’t come off,” she mutters with equal dissatisfaction. She finds a fuzzy yarn, in a deep purple and runs her hand over it before handing it to Mel. “This one could be fun. Would look like a fuzzy puffball.”

@Vpepperpott "Soft. Deep purple." She said simply, which was all she could think of. "But not rhe soft that gets stuck on the tips of your fingers, like on your little skin bits.. I hate that."

@n1ghtshade_brew “It is,” she nods, feeling overwhelmed as well. She takes a deep breath and lets it out. “Let’s categorize it. First color, then texture and find what we want.”

@Vpepperpott "It's alright," she said softly, looking at the different colors of yarn, trying to take in all the different types of texture. "This is sorta... a lot."

@n1ghtshade_brew Pepper’s eyes go wide. “Merlin a hat! Ooh and Saffy, Gus.. we could make them for the horses.” She stops and clears her throat. “Sorry..got a little ahead of myself,” she says, brushing away some nonexistent lint from her sleeve.

@Vpepperpott "Jesus, you had a lot of down time for all those hats, didn't you...?" She asked with a laugh. "Half of one might take me a couple days... but I suppose if hats are easy, then, why not. Maybe I can make Merlin a little hat."
