@DudeRabbit86366 I would take it as a compliment, cause there’s literally nothing you can do to stop AI or other people from downloading it or something. So the fact people like your art enough to use it says how good you are, as annoying and frustrating as it is. Plus I’d miss your art

@Ruffu_ Love how expressive and dynamic each of these are, you can tell you did a good job when you can identify the characters personality just from expressions and their reactions to them

@nyofoolest It’s extremely impressive for sure, I’ve seen figurines and clay dolls using this technique before, but I’ve never seen it done with wool felt or fabrics. Not to mention i absolutely love how adorable she is

@ReaganLodge Gosh she’s so cool, genuinely such a great design. And definitely great advice, as i understand it looking at references is useful to learning and trying new things, but you also want to practice without them as well to put the things you’ve learned into practice

It's fine to use 3D model drawing aids. Great animators often rotoscoped heavily (Don Bluth, Disney Old Men etc). BUT, the more you learn to draw without it, the better. Struggling through anatomical puzzles helps me retain the knowledge better, and needing fewer references.

@aruurara How would you recommend improving skills as an artist? Any advice or suggestions for how to efficiently focus study on specific aspects, such as anatomy, color, etc. and learn them effectively? Im always concerned that im not studying efficiently enough

@Vulpelcan thanks! It's not my only type of villain favorite, but ONE of my favorite types. I like having a place for both the "evil cuz they're evil" types AND the "enemy of the hero for other reasons" types
