ready for this? i provide paypal proof of delivery and email notifications about delivery to counter the customer claiming (on xmas morning) it never arrived paypal sides with me and closes the case i get this email a day or two later where they now have the missing order???

the gall to file a paypal claim on a commission 2 weeks old without even attempting to email me. confirmation email they got & the order page state a 3-5 week timeline. what the fuck is wrong with people.
