@vumatel Afternoon. I don't have internet since this morning and I contacted Flycool on their WhatsApp number and communicated with their AI called Zoe and promised to transfer my complaint to a live agent and still not helped, and without internet
I will take my chances with @rainSouthAfrica I am sick and tired of intermittent and complaining to the so called "best network" I have put a request for cancellation of Fibre @Vodacom because of @vumatel . I can't anymore!

No internet since last night just after 11 pm and there's no communication from either party and chat bots also not working this morning. Lines forever busy. Based in Rockville/ Moroka area. Your sure quick to switch off but never quick to communicate

@CityTshwane Honorable Mayor @nasiphim yesterday workers digging trenches for @vumatel fibre hit a water pipe in Mamelodi Extension 5 nearby the Community Hall, we dont know how Vuma plans on accounting for this but can we please get some assistance on this, now there is no water

@vumatel@Afrihost 3 days no Fibre. No power outage in my area. Been on whatsapp and calling for 3 days straight. Matter only tabled today. We dont pay 3 days short or get compensated for our airtime and data bought. Looking for other service providers friends. What a joke!
