@WALDINGER69666 @oubagaku Well a therapist doesnt give you those a psychlilatrist does, a therapist can help you reveal patterns in your thinking that aren’t helpful to you, it sounds like you think it’s wrong or weak to ask people for help and from my experience that mindset made my life difficult
