During a game on 6/6/85, Clearwater Phillies organist Wilbur Snapp was ejected when after a disputed call on a runner, he started playing, "Three Blind Mice." Immediately, the umpire threw him out of the game. Did you ever see such a sight in your life as three blind mice?

2022-23 is the 75th anniversary of the Ohio Valley Conference, which began in 1948 and is the 8th oldest D1 conference. Congrats to former Clinton Co. Lady Bulldog Amber Guffey (Murray State 2006-09) on being named one of the top women's basketball players in OVC history.

4th Region Baseball Tournament Bulldogs at Barren Co. today at 5:30. Freshman Caleb Thrasher is 11th in the state with 94 K's, almost 14 per game. Freshman Blaine Melton is 43rd with 77 K's, almost 13 per game. Overall, Bulldogs are 37th with almost 11 K's per game.

Lindle Castle would have turned 93 on May 20th. As a freshman at UK, the ball-hawking specialist from Winchester set up the Cat's fast break offense and was a shining star on the 1949-50 Kittens team that Coach Harry Lancaster said was UK's best ever. @UKAthletics
