One Step, One Rep, One Day at a Time! Recovery is a marathon, not a sprint. Almost 4 weeks out from Meniscus/ACL surgery. By next week, I should be ditching the crutches completely! Shout out to all the injured athletes out there grinding through rehab. The progress can feel slow, but every small win adds up. Your discipline, grit and mindset during this time are just as powerful as any performance on the field. Healing is happening, even on the tough days. Can't wait to get back on the field! @fox_warrior @5pAcademy
