ARGH! spent 10 minutes navigating the 'press 2 for...' telephone contact with Council Tax - only to be told by the robot to look on the website and cut off! If the answer was on the website I wouldn't be trying to call!

@GMB I with my 18 year old was nearly killed by a lorry on the M4 before Christmas when we were stuck and trapped behind a broken down vehicle in the first lane. I never feared for my life like I did that night. It was truly frightening.
