01/06/25 7:00 am. We are seeing treacherous travel conditions in portions of the county. We would like to particularly note the hill/curves near County Rd II at around Sauby Road are impassible at this time. Avoid this area. #wiwx

12/29/25 at 11:57am We strongly urge motorists to avoid STH 26 if at all possible. There are sections where it’s a complete whiteout with zero visibility, and there are several crashes in this area. #wiwx

We are investigating a serious traffic crash on STH 26 near Cottonwood Av. The detour is as follows: If NB 26 to CTH Z to CTH I to CTH N; If SB HY 26 - CTH N to CTH FF to HY 26.
