My name is Chris and I’m an alcoholic. Today marks 32 days of sobriety. I’m also going back to work after my weekend stay in the hospital. I’m seeing people recommend thc gummies are a cart to help with anxiety, what do yall think? Is that really a good idea?

@JVMonte2 I had heard many of the greats but Carlos Cavazo on the Metal Health album really blew my mind. I felt it and realized I need to do this.

@JimFranceMusic I subscribe to that as well. The right strap enhances the character of the guitar. I used to trade the same strap around my guitars but found it causes it pop off of the locks. Each guitar needs one to stay with it.

My new guitar strap came! I try to find straps that compliment the personality of my guitars. With my wife's help, of course.

My name is Chris and I’m an alcoholic. I’m 31 days sober today. I have been invisible because I got checked into a mental facility for 2 days. They got me some much needed help and put me on anxiety meds. Hopefully I can keep this streak going and alive! I’m doing a lot better today

@symeew13 Mick's great. Always had a feel for how much spice a song needed. His stuff is very engaging and not overdone.

What are YOUR thoughts on Mick Mars?

I’m still alive. I’m still sober. I need a therapist. I ended up in the hospital Friday night. Got the cops called on me again last night. I threatened to overdose. I’ll update later with a better post

@SSB_Rick There is no I'll never drink again. There's only the choice of I will not drink right now. Get yourself to a meeting. Unload some of these feelings with the only people who are really going to understand.
