Decided on fewer BBMs but more volume overall this year. Pumped to have 16 teams advance across the portfolio, but also sorta feels like I squandered away all of these beautiful TLaw + CMC builds on lower prize pools. I guess the solution is to max em all next season 🤷‍♂️

@LondoXIII @Saints2death Maybe for the first few rounds, but I’ve found other badged up fast drafters on UD will rightfully flip the board if things unfold right at ADP, which never happens anyways because 10/12 teams will end up starting RB-RB-RB

@Saints2death A draft with all badges on UD is just people taking who’s next up on ADP every time. It’s so boring fr. Only people who drop now are people who get negative posts made on them like Chuba, etc.

I think the best ball field on UD gets falsely labelled as sharper than DK because more people adhere to ADP on UD. It's definitely less weird, but I don't think a bunch of people pattern matching ADP should be considered sharp.

@Saints2death @Pat_Thorman That’s fair, but also why I think about 50% of success in best ball can be attributed to solid roster construction (including balanced bye weeks). Injuries are inevitable, but their impact can be dampened with quality positional depth.

Flournoy was a nice idea in the early spring who Fantasy Twitter shouted up draft boards until every drop of value, and then some, got squeezed out. We can't have nice things for long.

I struggle to see the path to routes & targets for Ryan Flournoy if CeeDee Lamb & George Pickens stay healthy this season. Only a 30% route share with those two on the field last season, and Cowboys were 6th in NFL last season with 68% 11 personnel usage. Jalen Tolbert the only departure from this graphic and I don't think KaVontae Turpin will be fully ostracized. Even if you just put CeeDee Lamb ON in this tool, Flournoy's route participation is 29%. Contingent upside, sure, I just don't see the base case being very fruitful.

@fdonkeyf Can’t go wrong with Austin, especially if you’re into BBQ, breakfast tacos and live music (Nashville right there as well, minus the breakfast tacos). San Diego the easy pick in California, Tampa and Charleston quality east coast options

@Saints2death I typically agree with your takes but don’t see it with this one. Marks was miscast last szn as a between the tackles grinder, where DMont makes his hay. I like DMont for 1k yds and 8+ TDs, Marks makes up the difference and vast majority of RB targets

FAAB Budget I personally like $200 for the entire league year instead of $100 in-season and $100 in the offseason. One budget makes FAAB a year-long strategy instead of managers blowing everything after rookie drafts.

Seems like fewer Elim teams are shared on X than any other contest. Is that bc folks are waiting til Aug increase volume, or maybe bc the market has less clarity on what works in this newer format? Feeling bullish about this squad; 2-7-7-2 is optimal build for this contest IMO
