Our Halloween party was a huge success! Gaelle and Valentina worked incredibly hard, putting on an amazing night! They decorated, baked, made a playlist and encouraged all the Boarding community to join in! We were so proud of them, and it was brilliant night! 🎃 #iamgrovian

Our boarders enjoyed their annual trip to Horsforth Pick Your Own at Kemps Farm! 🎃 Their pumpkins will take pride of place at our Boarding Halloween Party next weekend! #iamgrovian

This year’s #InternationalBoardingDay theme is Global Unity! We have over 20 different nationalities, including, for the first time this year, young people from Georgia & Vietnam! 🇬🇪🇻🇳 We love that our boarders share their cultures with all the Grovian community. #iamgrovian

It’s #InternationalBoardingDay! Mr King is currently in Frankfurt, meeting new agents, who hopefully The Grove can develop new partnerships with. Last night, he met up with two Old Grovians, Tim and Anneke, and spent time with them and their family. #iamgrovian

It’s #BlackHistoryMonth! Miller’s walls are adorned with lots of amazing black women, there are books on Black History for the girls to look at, and this evening our Miller Night activity was a Kahoot on Black British History! #reclaimingnarratives ❤️🧡💚

Another Sunday, and another session of baking with Mamma Shirls! Today, it was two-ingredient Apple Chocolate Torte and Mango Frozen Yoghurt! We had mixed results, but even though they didn’t all look perfect, they tasted yummy!! 😋 #iamgrovian #iloveboarding

Some of our Miller boarders went along to Calverley CofE Primary School to help them celebrate European Day of Languages!

There was Netball training and fixtures, Rugby fixtures, home and away, against @SportAshville and the usual Saturday busyness on top! Three of our Brodwell boys played for the U15s again Ashville, and Brian even scored a try! #iamgrovian @woodhouse_grove

It’s been a busy day for our boarders today! 😴 A lot of them were involved in Open Morning, either in departments or touring with prospective families.

Lots of our boarders celebrate, so we’ve decorated our houses, students have delivered Mooncakes to staff and tonight they’ll gather to have a meal together.

Today is Mid-Autumn Festival 🥮 Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节) or Tết Trung Thu (節中秋) commemorates and celebrates the end of the autumn harvest.

Our boarders braved a downpour today to enjoy a day with @WereaKnockout! They faced foam pits, huge inflatable slides and even a YMCA dance-a-long!
