Wharf visitor! The American Heritage dropped anchor in Louisville today after a 10 day voyage from New Orleans. It's now on its Ohio River cruise schedule. It'll be from Pittsburgh to Louisville for a few weeks.

BREAKING: Mitch McConnell staff releases photo at 5:20p & McConnell says he fell on June 14: "“My doctors have confirmed that I didn’t break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. But I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital."

BREAKING: Mitch McConnell releases statement. Says he fell, did not suffer heart attack. Now moving from hospital to physical rehab setting. Doctor statement:"He has been medically cleared to continue fully participating in his intensive physical therapy program.”

BREAKING -2--2, McConnell continues, ", I won’t be able to return to the Senate floor to vote quite yet. But rest assured that, in the meantime, I’m not taking a break from the Senate business that matters to you."

I publicly and privately urged the last administration to address the public’s concerns with the former president’s health. I’m calling on Sen. McConnell to do the same and provide voters an update on his own health. Let’s end the crazy speculation. Just tell us what’s going on.

I spoke to my old friend Mitch McConnell this morning, the senior Senator from Kentucky. He’s still recovering in the hospital. We talked for just shy of 20 minutes … about IRAN, UKRAINE, the unfolding situation in MAINE, my visit to the TR Presidential Library, and even a little bit of Senate history. I told him we want to see him back at work as soon as possible.

Kentucky, I’m sad to share we have more tough news from last week’s flooding. Two more deaths have been confirmed, out of Hardin and Jefferson counties, bringing the total lost to six. Please join Britainy and me as we pray for their families during this difficult time.
