Saturday social run From Snells Hall in East Hendred OX12 8LA tomorrow morning at 8am taking in two 5km loops in about an hour total - all welcome for one or both loops. If you fancy it, meet at West Hendred Church 7.45 am for a couple of extra miles.

Intermediate Saturday run will be from Snells Hall Hendred 8am. We will aim for a 6 mile run taking about an hour. If you fancy a couple of extra miles, meet us at west hendred church at 7.45am.

TUESDAY SENIOR SESSION Letcombe Village Hall 7-8pm Tonight's session is with Chris and will focus on Myofasical release techniques with foam rollers and lacrosse ball. If you have a foam roller and/or a lacrosse/hockey/tennis ball then bring it along with you. Who's coming?

Our regular Junior and senior Thursday training session will move to meet at Wantage Leisure Centre from this coming Thursday, 13th September. The start time is unchanged (7pm).

Saturday Intermediate run Meet at Snells hall, hendred at 8am for around 6miles in an hour For those looking to add more miles meet at 7.30am at Boars Head in ardington to get in 3 miles before the main run and about 3 miles after too! All welcome.
