@rafagnos You learn why you would jepordize your spirit, why you carved parts of yourself out, why you hurt and betrayed others and yourself, why you would even think about tasting The Evil you swore you'd never eat let alone *act* in any way towards The Devilish Direction of Temptation

@rafagnos it should be painful it can be and very often is positive in the long run to know yourself in the short term however, it is hard to FEEL that When you dismantle the unsustainable parts keeping you alive, you feel the weight of *why* you would "hurt" yourself to stay alive.

@rafagnos finding things first hidden from your younger self because of how *big* and *deep* they are. you are meant to face not only yourself but what you truly are just be careful. for my experience, i was not aware of the trauma structure I was uncovering without a safety net
