Need to improve at DB? Minter brings in the best college DB coach.
Need to improve at OL? Minter (potentially) brings in one of the most well respected OL coaches in the league.
Need to improve on offense? Minter goes to the disciples of one of the most well respected modern offensive minds in Ben Johnson.
At this point, if you aren’t on the Minter train then I genuinely don’t know what else you need to see. Maybe you’re just waiting for the staff to be filled, free agency, & the draft to be completed. That’s fair. But we should at least all be incredibly happy with the HC hire at the moment. So far he hasn’t had a misstep.
