Este hito también celebra los 40 años de la designación del primer sitio de la RHRAP: la Bahía de Delaware, Estados Unidos, en mayo de 1986. This milestone also marks the 40th anniversary of the designation of the first WHSRN site, Delaware Bay, in the United States, in May 1986.
