WHT attorney Mike Van Sickle obtained a defense verdict in favor of his client in a jury trial on a personal injury case in Warren Circuit Court. Plaintiff was seeking a total of $750K in damages. Jury found that the Defendant was not liable in causing the alleged injuries.
