@WHUITK_ My understanding (and it isn't that clear TBH), is that West Ham also have a one time opportunity to do an entire debt to equity conversion as well... this is NOT a direct cash injection into operations. It's basically a refinancing. Same ownership rules apply.

Cardiff City value Dylan Lawlor at £7-10m. Lawlor is attracting interest from fellow Championship sides, MLS, several Champions League teams, and a Europa League Team. Scouts from two European Champions League teams were present when Lawlor started for Wales v Ghana. One of the Championship teams with interest is recently relegated West Ham. Lawlor currently has two years remaining on his current contract. Early this year, Cardiff chairman stated that they will not be selling any players this summer. [WalesOnline]
