@bombersstorm90 Au contraire Lou - I believe he was the architect of giving us the best platform we've had in 20 years. He's cleared the decks on and off the field, which was well overdue. I'm not saying his game plan was any good, but I wouldn't say he's "screwed over" our club.

This now means that Merrett, Ridley etc.. may reconsider their desire to leave.. If Essendon can string some wins together this season and make a solid appointment as coach, the future is bright.

@1116sen This guy is so trashy, you go back & watch any post Essendon 2026 loss footage of Wheatley commentating. You can see the disdain in his mannerisms when talking ⚫️🔴. The club had only one lever it could pull and it did. A situation that has no winners. I feel for Brad though.

As an @essendonfc member of over 50yrs, I'm very disappointed in the negative & nasty tweets about Brad Scott. Took on the impossible & now at its hardest point gets chopped. I appreciate his efforts to get this club up & going which is yrs away regardless. To Brad all the best.

I dont hate scott as a person. I hate what he has brought to our already struggling club. I’d like to think our president won’t tolerate such a substandard but I am worried they are all misaligned.
