@WHomesEast Duneden Canmore was by far more efficient with repairs and maintenance and services than wheatley homes it seems to be Glasgow and the west first. I am unwell and have been without heating and hot water since Tuesday it is a fckn joke

@WHomesEast Your system has apparently been down for months. I still can't make reports or repair requests. For personal reasons that I can't share publicly here, I can't make calls and depend on those online services.

So now in addition to phoning hospital again while trying to get ready in the morning I need to phone @WHomesEast again and ask when they will stop their tenant's leak into my flat (from same flat which caused massive damage with huge leak). Not amused.

Because I don't have enough to deal with having dad in hospital, I have a leak from @WHomesEast's apartment above me (third leak in last few years). Reported to them early this morning, come home from late night work, still dripping into my flat. Great, thanks for nothing.
