The 2025 CDR Research Forum was a success! We had a record number of attendees and excellent presentations featuring UW-Madison research supporting the dairy industry. CDR is grateful to the industry for its support.

Thanks to everyone who attended this week's Advanced Cheesemaking: Artisan Varieties Short Course. This year's focus was on Latin American cheeses. This course included lectures, hands-on labs and activities, sensory experiences, and critical thinking exercises.
