@Winemag @jamiegoode Absolutely but that seems to be different for all of us. The wine that gives me that feeling (great Nebbiolo) may not give someone who loves Meiomi that feeling, and vice versa.

@jamiegoode @Winemag Differently for sure and just like developing your ears when working on music, over time your palate becomes more sensitive and able to pick up on and describe things you weren’t able to initially.
