Started yesterday with a run next the the Tiber River in Rome. It's a great running space and a welcome escape from the hoards of tourists and cobble stones! It's also flat. Like, really flat. Following a 10km run I had an elevation gain of only 3m! It's like running on a school track. Did a wide range of walking from Trastevere all the way to the Vatican. Picked up some gelato, of course. It was indeed as amazing as they say it is! Definitely getting some more today. Closed the day at a cool wine bar before heading home to cook dinner. One of the greatest things for me in this trip is being able to buy fresh Italian ingredients to cook with every night!
