The session emphasized IPOS’s aim to connect knowledge with implementation through global collaboration and stakeholder engagement, offering a next-generation interface and opportunities for researchers, institutions, and leaders to advance ocean sustainability and SDG 14.

Day three of #OOSC featured a session on the International Platform for Ocean Sustainability (IPOS). WIO-ECSN Secretary General Frank Mirobo joined the conversation and highlighted the Western Indian Ocean ECOPs Network’s approach to inclusive knowledge co-construction.
