The growing concern around quantum computing and its potential to compromise current cryptographic systems is no longer theoretical. A recent report highlighted in AMB Crypto underscores this urgency, showing how experimental quantum tests have already succeeded in breaking elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) keys under controlled conditions—an alarming signal for the long-term security of systems such as Bitcoin. Read the full article here: 🔗 ambcrypto.com/quantum-test-b… This development directly reinforces the strategic direction taken by SEALSQ, which has been actively working on post-quantum cryptographic solutions designed to withstand precisely these types of threats. As previously highlighted in multiple analyses and industry discussions, SEALSQ’s approach is not reactive but anticipatory—focused on integrating quantum-resistant algorithms such as CRYSTALS-Kyber into hardware-level security architectures, particularly for IoT devices and blockchain applications. The implications for Bitcoin and similar blockchain networks are significant. While current systems rely heavily on ECC for wallet security and transaction validation, the emergence of sufficiently powerful quantum computers could enable attackers to derive private keys from public keys, effectively compromising digital assets. Although this risk is not immediate, the window for proactive migration to quantum-resistant infrastructure is narrowing. SEALSQ has consistently positioned itself at the forefront of this transition. Its work on memory-efficient implementations of post-quantum algorithms tailored for embedded systems demonstrates a clear understanding of the practical constraints facing real-world deployments. This is particularly relevant for the crypto ecosystem, where scalability, energy efficiency, and backward compatibility are critical factors. In this context, the AMB Crypto article serves as an external validation of SEALSQ’s long-standing thesis: that the cryptographic foundations of today’s digital economy must evolve now to remain secure in a post-quantum future.

—it has become a strategic necessity. Space is rapidly evolving into the backbone of global digital infrastructure, supporting communications, navigation, Earth observation, and increasingly the data flows that power AI-driven economies. Those who control this infrastructure will define the next era of sovereignty, security, and economic leadership. At the same time, cybersecurity is shifting beyond terrestrial networks. As threats grow more sophisticated, trust must be anchored at the hardware level and extended into space. Satellites are no longer just transmission tools—they are becoming secure nodes in a global digital trust architecture. This transformation is essential in a world where data integrity, identity, and resilience are critical. The next frontier is already emerging: the Quantum Internet. By connecting satellites as orbital nodes with terrestrial data centers, it becomes possible to create ultra-secure communication channels based on quantum principles. Integrating SEALQuantum nodes in space with ground-based infrastructure allows for end-to-end encrypted links that are inherently resistant to interception, enabling a new generation of sovereign, tamper-proof global networks. The convergence of space, AI, blockchain, and quantum computing is creating a new paradigm. Space is not only a domain for data collection but also a platform for decentralized systems, enabling trusted machine-to-machine interactions and autonomous economic activity. In this context, satellites can serve as independent nodes for secure communication, computation, financial transactions, and in the near future, quantum-secured data exchange. This is where the integration of WISeSat.Space with @WISeKey, @SEALSQcorp , SEALCOIN.AI, and SEALQuantum.COM becomes uniquely powerful. Together, they form a fully integrated ecosystem where trust begins at the chip level, is secured through robust digital identity frameworks, transmitted via sovereign satellite infrastructure, and extended into a decentralized transaction layer—all designed to be resilient in the post-quantum era and ready to evolve toward quantum-secured communications. This is not a collection of independent technologies; it is a unified architecture built to secure the entire digital lifecycle—from device to satellite to data center. The anticipated IPO of SpaceX—reportedly targeting a valuation that could exceed $2 trillion and aiming to raise tens of billions—has the potential to become one of the most significant financial events in the history of the space industry. Even ahead of a public listing, investor demand is already building through secondary marketplaces such as Forge Global and Hiive, where accredited investors seek early exposure. Indirect investment channels are also expanding rapidly. Funds like The Private Shares Fund (PRIVX), ARK Venture Fund (ARKV.X), Tema Space Innovators ETF (NASA), and Baron Partners Fund (BPTFX) already provide structured access to private space leaders, while major public players such as Alphabet Inc. and Bank of America offer indirect exposure through strategic investments and ecosystem participation. This wave of capital formation is not without risks—high valuations, volatility, and dependence on government contracts remain key considerations—but it signals something far more important: a structural shift in how global investors perceive space. What was once a niche sector is becoming a core pillar of the global economy. In a world facing increasing geopolitical fragmentation, rising cyber threats, and the imminent disruption of quantum computing, such an approach is no longer optional. It is essential. The future will be defined by those who can ensure trusted connectivity, secure data flows, and technological independence across borders and domains. Space is where this future is being built.

The drone industry is entering a decisive phase — and security must evolve just as fast as innovation. The recent partnership between @SEALSQcorp $LAES and Parrot to integrate post-quantum cryptography (PQC) into drones using the QS 7001 chip is not just a technological upgrade — it is a strategic necessity. 👉 quantumcomputingreport.com/sealsq-and-par… Why now? Because drones are no longer simple flying devices. They are becoming autonomous, AI-powered digital infrastructure used in defense, agriculture, logistics, and critical inspections. This transformation dramatically increases their exposure to cyber threats. At the same time, quantum computing is advancing rapidly. Traditional encryption methods will not hold. The risk is real: intercepted drone data today can be decrypted tomorrow — the so-called “harvest now, decrypt later” threat. And the market context makes this even more urgent. According to Grand View Research, the global drone market is expected to grow from $73 billion in 2024 to over $163 billion by 2030, driven by AI, autonomy, and new industrial use cases. One of the most powerful trends is the rise of Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS): → Companies no longer need to own drones → They can access them on demand → This accelerates adoption across industries But it also creates a new challenge: How do you secure a shared, connected, autonomous infrastructure? The answer is clear: security must be embedded at the chip level — and it must be quantum-resistant. This is why integrating SEALSQ’s QS 7001 PQC chips into drones is so important today: ✔ It protects communications and identities ✔ It secures mission-critical data ✔ It ensures long-term resilience against quantum threats ✔ It builds trust in autonomous systems We are moving toward a world where drones operate as part of critical infrastructure. In that world, trust is everything — and trust starts with security. #Cybersecurity #Drones #PQC #QuantumComputing #AI #IoT #DaaS #Innovation #SEALSQ #Parrot

The quantum space internet is no longer science fiction — it is rapidly becoming the next foundational layer of global digital infrastructure. Pioneered by organizations such as SEALSQ and WISeSat.space , this emerging network leverages the principles of quantum mechanics to transmit information through qubits using photons, rather than classical bits. What makes this transformation profound is its promise of fundamental security. Built on the no-cloning theorem, any attempt to intercept or eavesdrop on quantum communication inherently disrupts the system, making breaches not only detectable but physically impossible to hide. Through quantum entanglement, particles remain instantaneously correlated regardless of distance, enabling entirely new forms of secure communication and distributed computing. The infrastructure behind this evolution combines quantum repeaters, entanglement sources, and fiber optic networks, with increasing efforts to integrate seamlessly into existing telecom systems. The implications are vast — from quantum key distribution (QKD) and ultra-secure communications to connecting quantum computers in the cloud and enhancing next-generation sensor networks. While large-scale deployment remains in development, experts anticipate that inter-city quantum networks could emerge within the next decade, progressively scaling toward a global architecture. In this context, SEALSQ plays a critical role through its QSOC technologies, ensuring that devices and communications remain secure in a post-quantum era. At the same time, WISeSat.Space is contributing a complementary dimension by building space-based secure connectivity, extending trusted communications beyond terrestrial limits and enabling global coverage where fiber cannot reach. The convergence of quantum networks, post-quantum semiconductors, and satellite infrastructure is shaping a new paradigm — one where security is embedded by design and trust becomes a native feature of the digital ecosystem. The quantum internet will not replace today’s internet, but it will profoundly reinforce it, ensuring that as technology evolves, it does so on a foundation of resilience, sovereignty, and trust. #QuantumInternet #Cybersecurity #PostQuantum @SEALSQcorp #WISeSat #QuantumComputing #SpaceTech #DigitalTrust #Innovation

A better approach to identity verification in AI platforms like Claude is to move away from centralized, document-based systems and instead adopt a certified digital identity such as WISeID, where the user maintains full control and independence from the platform. The current direction, as outlined here — businessinsider.com/claude-identit… — shows a model in which users are required to upload passports and selfies through third-party providers. While this may address compliance requirements, it introduces significant structural weaknesses. First, it forces users to surrender highly sensitive personal data simply to prove they are legitimate users. This creates an over-disclosure problem, where far more information is shared than is actually needed. To access an AI system, a user should not have to reveal their full identity, nationality, or biometric data. Second, it creates centralized repositories of sensitive information, increasing the risk of breaches, misuse, or unintended data sharing. Even when handled by trusted providers, this model expands the attack surface and introduces multiple points of failure. Third, it removes user sovereignty. Identity becomes something granted and controlled by the platform rather than owned by the individual. Users become dependent on each platform’s verification system, leading to fragmentation and repeated KYC processes across services. This is inefficient, intrusive, and fundamentally at odds with the direction of privacy-preserving technologies. By contrast, a certified digital identity like WISeID.com of WISeKey $WKEY allows the user to maintain independence from the platform. The identity is securely held by the user and can generate cryptographic proofs of legitimacy without exposing underlying personal data. Instead of uploading a passport, the user simply proves that they are verified, unique, or meet certain criteria (such as age), without revealing unnecessary details. This aligns with the principle of data minimization and significantly enhances privacy. For platforms like Claude, this approach also reduces liability. They no longer need to collect, process, and store sensitive identity documents, which lowers regulatory risk and eliminates the need to secure large volumes of high-value personal data. Verification becomes a matter of validating a trusted credential rather than managing identity itself. The key step forward is not to eliminate identity verification, but to modernize it. Claude should accept a certified digital identity like WISeID as proof of identity, rather than requiring raw government documents. This would create a system where identity is portable, privacy-preserving, and user-controlled, while still meeting regulatory and security requirements. The current model applies outdated, centralized identity practices to a new generation of AI systems. WISeID offers a more advanced alternative—one where users do not surrender their identity to access AI, but instead retain ownership of it and simply prove what needs to be proven.
