Anthony Kim says it’s special to win as a team for the first time and DJ promised he’d buy the 4Aces a private plane soon: “Yeah, it was my first time, obviously, in that situation where we had a chance to win. I think it was the second-to-last hole when DJ and I were playing together, I thought that we were up one, and I had a 10-footer, and it actually meant a little bit more than just moving up the leaderboard a little bit. “To win with these guys is pretty special, and I look forward to doing it a lot more.” “I was straight trash the first year and a half I played. But yeah, I felt my game was getting better, and I think I had a couple different teams I could go to. I didn't think they were the right fit. “I've known DJ for a long time, developed a great relationship with Thomas Pieters and got to play with Tom Detry in Riyadh. I knew it was a good fit. I couldn't be more excited to be on the 4Aces, and for us to pop off a win is nice. “DJ said he was going to get us a private plane soon (smiling).” In his first 3 events since qualifying back to the LIV Golf League via the Promotions Events AK has an individual win and a team win. So does he find it all a bit surreal? “After Adelaide, the first couple days seemed pretty surreal. Obviously we all play to win, right? But now with LIV Golf, there's two elements. You get to win with three other guys that you're battling with. This is pretty special. “Obviously I didn't have my best. DJ didn't have his best this week. But both Thomases played well. This seems more real, right? “But when we're top 4 and we win the team title, that'll be nice. But it's been a great ride. I know if I didn't make that putt, I'm probably not sitting here with these guys. Wild first level of day 3. 79k, 105k, 50k,95k. Was all in the most at my table l, had to lay down JJ twice once preflop and once on the turn against check raise (sent me down to 50k.)

79k. They broke my table in the last hour which always is bad. On to day3

100k going into the last level of the day. Blinds 1k/2k bba

Past the 100k mark

Tough two levels. Tried to buy a bought with a range advantage but all the draws hit the river so has to fold when bet into. Bounced between 90k to 65k and won a small pot to get back to 75k. Will be ecstatic to just make it to day 3 with this stack or more.
