@WJ_Roberts From the left side of the screen, there is a menu/pane, where you can access your profile to some extend and invoices. Some settings may not be available from mobile view, for full access to your profile, the Customer centre website can offer you more options.

@Videotron So - I pay my paper bills on time for 20+ years - you switch me to online billing (without my consent) and don’t email my invoice, and wonder why I miss payments? I’ve paid my current amount owing #YourMove. Don’t say call - you’re closed when I’m not working.

@Videotron Can you provide instructions for how to do this on Chrome / iOS - your previous instructions are not leading me to my notification preferences…so I can ensure I get my bill (so that I may pay it on time, like I used to when you sent me a paper bill…)

@WJ_Roberts Once you are logged into your Customer account videotron.com/client/residen… from the Homepage please scroll the page, on the right side of the screen where the "Invoice and account" section is located. From there you can view your invoices and also manage your preferences +email. -bel

@Videotron Please provide a link to where I can set my notifications - because when you changed my billing from paper to online, you didn’t set it up correctly (and it’s not obvious on your website) Care to share how much late payments (and charges) increased after you terminated paper?

@WJ_Roberts Usually you should receive a notification that your bill is available in your customer center. Customer service is open 8AM~7PM during the week and 9AM~6PM on weekends. If you too busy during the day, please feel free to send us a message through social networks 1/2

@Videotron Sorry - you are wrong. Your billing phone line closes at 19:00. Migrating me to online without monthly notification of what I owe you is disreputable. If you don’t want to pay the few cents required for a paper bill - email it to me. #CustomersFirst

@WJ_Roberts Hello Bill, sorry about this situation. Most customers have been migrated to virtual invoice- that way it is always available from your customer account, from anywhere when you need it. If you haven't received a notification, please kindly check your communication settings. 1/2
